Jason A. Zendeh Del, a proud native Texan, was born and raised in the charming coastal community of Galveston. His formative years were equally shaped in the serene landscapes and wide open spaces of the family ranch nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Jason received a dual business degree in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University in Waco before obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law in Houston.

Jason and his wife Mobina settled in Frisco in 2009 along with their two sons who attend Greenhill School in Addison. The family has reestablished their strong Texas ties, crafted cherished memories, and contribute to the flourishing tapestry of this rapidly growing Texas city.

Despite a thriving legal practice, Jason’s passion for real estate led him to shift gears in 2023 to establish TexZen, envisioning an unparalleled real estate experience. TexZen aims to bring a harmonious blend of Texas’s wild spirit and the tranquility of Zen to every real estate transaction.
